We want you to love your Nemoequipment pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
